BM-Flex design becomes a techno-economic solution with a full rubber flange easier and more effective to install, as this full rubber flange distribute the sealing surface and makes easier a perfect sealing.

B-FLEX double wave rubber expansion joints are an anti-vibration joint. They can absorb large compression and lateral movements, for undemanding installations.

This type of rubber expansion joint is a low-cost, high-rotation anti-vibration product to handle vibrations at pressures of up to 16 bar (250 psi) and diameters up to DN 600 mm (24”).

This type of compensator was initially designed for air conditioning installations. It is now used in industrial settings for undemanding tasks, primarily to absorb vibrations and compensate for small movements.

For movements that exceed typical levels (usually more than 50 mm-2” axially and more than 25 mm-1” laterally).In order to adjust the product to our customer’s needs, we can manufacture joints with multiple waves in any length required, using the materials that the fluid requires, and designed for working at the installation’s pressure.

Pressure Balanced rubber expansion joints are designed and manufactured to absorb the forces generated by the effects of pressure. They allow the forces on pump flanges or other installation elements to be eliminated.

We can design and manufacture rubber expansion joints with any flange standard and with any length, and able to support pressures up to 125 bar (1800 psi). These pieces require specific engineering studies, for customization that only a technical team as professional as the one at BIKAR is capable of performing.
